Joseph graduated from Trinity College medical school in 1997.

By 2000, Joseph had completed his general professional training, having worked in a wide range of clinical departments as an Intern and SHO in several Irish hospitals.

From 2001 to 2006, Joseph worked as a Registrar in Geriatric & General Medicine in Dublin and Waterford.

Joseph attained the Membership of Royal College of Physicians (MRCPI) during his years in the hospital practice.

In 2006, Joseph was one of the four trainees to win a place on the Occupational Medicine Specialist Training Scheme.

Throughout the 4 year training scheme Joseph worked full time in many of the major occupational health practices in the country including:

Elaine joined medwise in 2012 as a part-time practice OH Nurse.

Elaine works in the Naas Clinic, carrying out pre-employment medicals, vaccinations, health surveillance medicals, occupational vaccination programs, and functional testing.

Elaine has worked mainly in clinical nursing at CUH, working up to a ward sister position responsible for training student nurses, then a position in Nurse Management in CUH, responsible for the running of the hospital at evenings and weekends.

Emma was with MedWise almost from the start-up in 2005, providing reception cover.

In 2010, on graduating from a business degree course, Emma joined MedWise full-time.

In 2011, Emma became Team Leader of the Clinic Administration.

In 2015, Emma was appointed Practice Manager.

Emma ensures that the Clinic runs smoothly and is responsible for maintaining the high level of customer service, that is rapid availability of appointments and fast turnaround on reports.

Emer is customer-facing; she is usually the first point of contact people have with MedWise. Emer runs the Reception, and all in-bound communications, books the appointments, and ensures the smooth daily running of the Clinic.
